Maintaining safe workplaces

Beyond its core operations, BWC strives to provide value-added services and ongoing education to customers at no extra charge. These efforts drive at trying to protect Ohio's most important asset - its
work force. Current efforts include:

• Conducting conferences such as Workers' Compensation University and the Ohio Safety Congress and Expo;
• Providing ongoing, industry-specific training throughout the year;
• Working with employers at their work sites to make safety recommendations and improvements to protect their workers and their bottom line.
