Application for Claim Impact Reduction Program (CIRP-1)

Introduction
The Claim Impact Reduction Program (CIRP) is open to employers currently enrolled in a group-experience-rating program and who will have one significant claim entering their experience for the first time. Employers must complete this application each year they are eligible to participate up to a maximum of four possible years of participation. The application period is from Dec. 1 to the last business day in January for private, state-fund employers; June 1 to the last business day of July for public employers.
