You've told us you want to know the latest news on our Web site. You want answers
to questions such as "What new online services are available?"
"How do I get to Claim documents?" "Do you have any tips for using the
search function?" With the Dolphin message board you can get answers to
those questions.
Recently, BWC conducted focus groups across the state to find out what you wanted
to see on our Web site. Whether an employer, injured worker or medical provider
you told us that a message board was one of your Web priorities.
This page is just the first step in our efforts to provide a full-service,
customized online message board built with you in mind. In our next release, you'll
be able to decide when you use the message board. In other words, you'll be able to tell us
when you want the message board to pop up and how often. Or you'll be able to turn the message
board off.
