Your first week
- Attend New Employee Orientation on day two.
- Meet with your designated floor warden to learn about department-specific safety and emergency information.
- Get familiar with BWC's Employee Handbook.
- Learn where to find additional departmental policies.
- Ask any other questions on benefits, important deadlines, etc.
- Try to get comfortable with your computer. Work with your IT field support representative to go over the basics of logging in, email,
saving and storing documents, logging off, etc.
- Review tutorials to learn more about your computer, available applications and desk phone.
- Find out about additional trainings and tutorials you will be expected to complete in the coming days and weeks.
- If you are having any computer or phone issues, contact the BWC Service Desk or your local IT field support representative.
- Begin work on your first assignment.
