Return-to-work history

BWC uses return-to-work (RTW) data to calculate the managed care organizations's
performance-measure (incentive) payment for returning injured workers to stable
employment.

Last date worked - Date the injured worker last reported to work
|
|
Return-to-work date - Date the injured worker has returned to employment
|
|
Return-to-work status - Stage of the return-to-work process. This is either Actual or Estimated.

- Actual - Date the injured worker has returned to employment
- Estimated - Anticipated date the injured worker may be able to return to employment
|
|
Days absent - Number of days the injured worker has missed from work
